Youth leadership is central to BAGLY’s, and has been for over 40 years. Today, the Youth Leadership Committee provides vision and direction for all of BAGLY’s Boston-based programming, including our weekly and monthly events.
ADVOCACY IN ACTION
We support young people in driving social change through activities like coalition-building, voter registration, community actions, public education, and legislative advocacy.

BAGLY’s Speakers Bureau members are transforming spaces like Boston Children’s Hospital, Converse, and the Statehouse! Youth-led speaking engagements give a glimpse into the current landscape of queer and trans youth in Massachusetts and their hopes and plans for a better tomorrow.
