The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of BAGLY’s Community Center and office infrastructure. This role ensures the organization runs smoothly, safely, and consistently—translating strategy into execution across facilities, front desk operations, volunteers, events, systems, and administrative processes.

The Facilities Manager is both hands-on and systems-oriented, serving as the primary on-site operational lead while building, maintaining, and improving the workflows that support staff, youth, and programs.
