(Full Time Position)

Stabilization & Success Program Manager

To all of the LGBTQ+ youth advocates, community builders, leaders, and facilitators out there –  BAGLY's Youth Leadership Committee (YLC) applications open September 3rd! This is the opportunity to lead community activities and programs for your peers and get stipended ($) along the way. 

As a YLC member, you and your peers will run social support programming at BAGLY! Social support programming includes identity-centered meetings, activities and skills-based workshops, and social events for the community.

YLC applications are reviewed by a group of BAGLY youth leaders. Applications are due by Wednesday, September 24, by 11:59 pm, but they are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early!

Are you interested in a marketing position at an LGBTQ+ youth organization?

Then join BAGLY as a Content Creator Peer Intern on the Development & Marketing Team! Content Creators support BAGLY in creating fun, creative and impactful content for BAGLY’s social media platforms.

Content Creators will raise awareness and participation in BAGLY’s programs and services through the creation of both educational and entertaining content.

BAGLY’s Health & Wellness (H&W) Program seeks to reduce health disparities among LGBTQ+ youth and young adults. The Health & Wellness Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of this Program.

BAGLY’s Stabilization & Success (SANDS) Program seeks to reduce housing and economic insecurity for LGBTQ+ youth and young adults. SANDS helps participants access resources to help them stabilize and learn life skills so they can build their sense of agency and autonomy. 

The SANDS Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of the SANDS Program.
